Hi, I'm Rebecca! I'm a birth doula, wife, mom of three (ages 6, 4, and 1), and a Christian who is deeply passionate about walking alongside families during one of the most life-changing seasons of their lives. If I’m not doing doula work, I’m usually caring for my children and home or spending time with family.

My own birth experiences taught me just how important it is to be informed and to feel heard, supported, and cared for. My postpartum experiences also showed me how invaluable it is to have someone in your corner during this time and to have someone to lean on. That's the person I strive to be for every family I support.

My faith in God is an important part of who I am and how I approach my work. I believe every family and every birth story is unique, and I feel that supporting families during such a sacred and vulnerable time is a true privilege. I strive to serve others with compassion, humility, patience, and a heart of love, while meeting each family exactly where they are.

The lessons I learned during my births and postpartum periods grew into a passion for becoming a doula so I could help other families navigate pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period with confidence and compassion. I've been a caregiver in many jobs and different roles throughout my adult life, and I feel incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to support and care for families during such a meaningful moment in their lives.

I believe there is no one "right" way to give birth. Whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, an induction, a cesarean, or a VBAC, my role is to support your choices, provide evidence-based information, advocate for you and your preferences, offer comfort measures, and be a calm, encouraging presence every step of the way.

I strive to create a space where families feel safe asking questions, expressing concerns, celebrating victories, and simply being themselves. Birth is more than just a single event; it's an experience that stays with you for a lifetime. I consider it an incredible privilege to be invited into that journey.
