Are you ready to join the Kingdom Beginnings Birth Worker Collective?
Our Approach to Collaboration
We believe in collaboration over competition.
Our team supports one another, shares resources, and works together to provide consistent, high-quality care for families. We value respectful communication, professionalism, and a heart for serving families well.
This creates a culture where professionals feel encouraged and supported as they grow their work.
Why Join a Birth Worker Collective
Working within a collective allows you to focus on supporting families while being part of a trusted and collaborative professional community.
When you join Kingdom Beginnings, you gain:
• Referrals and shared marketing
• Opportunities to collaborate with other professionals
• A supportive professional network
• Shared knowledge and resources
• A trusted brand families already recognize
• The ability to grow your work without doing it alone
If you feel called to support families during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season, we would love to connect with you.
Kingdom Beginnings is a growing collective of birth and family professionals currently serving families across the Twin Cities and Central Minnesota with compassionate, evidence-based, Christ-centered care.
This form is for doulas and birth workers who feel aligned with the heart and values of Kingdom Beginnings Birth Services and would like to connect as future opportunities arise.
Who Can Join the Collective
We welcome independent contractors who serve families during pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early parenthood.
This includes professionals such as:
• Birth doulas
• Postpartum doulas
• Childbirth educators
• Lactation specialists
• Pelvic floor therapists
• Newborn care specialists
• Birth photographers
• Perinatal mental health professionals
• Other family-focused providers
If your work supports growing families, we would love to learn more about you.
Who This May Be a Good Fit For
At this time, we are not accepting applications from birth or postpartum doulas, but we are open to expanding our network of complementary professionals who support families during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.
This may be a good fit if you:
• Are trained or actively training as a birth worker or family-support professional (such as a doula, educator, lactation specialist, therapist, photographer, or similar field)
• Value evidence-based education alongside faith-centered care
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
• Respect scope of practice and professional boundaries
• Are open to working within a collaborative collective structure
• Desire to grow in skill, confidence, and integrity while serving families
We partner with independent contractors who value both autonomy and collaboration and who feel called to support families during this important season of life.
