Sibling Doula
Serving Twin Cities Metro
Courtney Boldt
I have built all of my careers around nurturing and educating others in a variety of settings. While only
being in the professional Doula world for a few years, I have had a lifelong passion for caring for children and supporting families (especially first-time parents)!
My professional background includes experience as a nanny, a lead teacher in a daycare center, a pediatric clinic, postpartum in a hospital setting, as well as teaching first aid and CPR classes.
13 years ago, I had the privilege of being with a friend during the labor and delivery of her baby. Back then, I didn't know that had a name. Fast-forward 10 years and I realized there was a whole career based around supporting birth and nurturing the family postpartum. My heart has always been in the Doula world, and now after experiencing my own labor, delivery, and postpartum period, I realize even more how much Doula work impacts families. I am thankful that I am able to be in a position in life where I can finally give my heart to working as a Doula.
When I'm not being a birth nerd, you can usually find me at home with my husband and young daughter, our two cats, and 8 chickens. We love going on bike rides, spending time with friends and family, and during my downtime, you can catch me curled in bed with a good book. I cannot wait to offer my birth, postpartum, and sibling Doula support with Kingdom Beginnings families.
