Hi, I’m Kristen—a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant with over eight years of experience supporting moms through breastfeeding, postpartum nutrition, and the many transitions that come with new motherhood.

My passion for this work began during my first pregnancy, when I quickly realized how much motherhood asks of you—and how important it is to have someone supporting and caring for you, too.

I love helping women feel confident, informed, and truly supported as they nourish both their babies and themselves. Whether you’re preparing to breastfeed, navigating challenges like low milk supply or latch issues, or simply looking for reassurance along the way, I’m here to walk beside you with compassionate, personalized care.

I offer virtual consultations from the comfort of your home—because getting out the door with a newborn is no small task—along with continued support so you never feel like you’re figuring things out alone. My approach combines evidence-based guidance with practical, real-life strategies to create a space where you feel seen, encouraged, and cared for physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Together, we’ll focus on building confidence, easing overwhelm, and creating goals that truly fit your life and your family.

This work is both professional and deeply personal to me. Breastfeeding my own children came with plenty of highs and lows, and I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to sort through feeding challenges, nutrition advice, and endless recommendations. Those experiences shaped my mission to better support women—especially in communities where access to breastfeeding and nutrition care may be limited.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband of 13 years, our two amazing kids, and our lively crew of pets (including our dog, cats, and chickens). We love being outdoors whenever we can, and during the summer, you can usually find us sneaking away for camping trips between school activities and sports schedules.

Preparing for a new baby can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’d be honored to support you as you build confidence, care for yourself, and nourish your baby with peace and support every step of the way.
