A 60–90 minute in-home or virtual session to get to know your family, prepare for postpartum, and create a personalized support plan. We’ll talk about your goals, feeding preferences, newborn care, emotional health, and how we can best support your recovery.

Newborn Care:

Hands-on help with baby so you can rest and recharge. We offer guidance, reassurance, and practical tips to help you feel confident and cared for.

Family Support:

Support for the whole family as you adjust to life with your newborn. We will help reduce stress, ease the workload, and make space for bonding, rest, and healing, ensuring everyone feels supported and confident.

Light Household Support:

To keep your home feeling calm and manageable, I can assist with:

-Dishes & laundry

-Light tidying

-Simple meal prep

-Organizing baby items

-You focus on recovery and we will help with the rest.
