Meet Dr. Payton with Transform Chiropractic Wellness Center in Shoreview, MN
A Shared Heart for Families and Faith
One of the things I love most about offering doula support is getting to meet other providers who truly care about families. It is not just what they do, but their why.
Recently, I had the chance to sit down with Dr. Payton Anderson from Transform Chiropractic Wellness Center, and I walked away feeling really encouraged and grateful.
A Heart That’s Easy to See
From the beginning of our conversation, it was clear that Dr. Payton has a genuine love for serving growing families. She was born and raised in Iowa and now calls St. Michael, MN her home. Dr. Payton’s journey into chiropractic care came from a deep desire to help families thrive, especially pregnant mothers and babies.
What stood out to me most wasn’t just her education or experience, but the way she talked about care. There is so much intention there. She works with a desire to meet families where they are and support them in a way that feels calm, safe, and empowering.
Faith That Grounds Her Chiropractic Work
One of my favorite parts of our conversation was realizing how closely aligned we are in our values. Dr. Payton loves the Lord, and that faith clearly shapes the way she serves others. There’s a peaceful, steady presence about her, the kind that makes you feel comfortable and seen the moment you walk into the room.
As someone who works closely with families during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, I know how important it is to have providers who understand that these seasons aren’t just physical. These seasons are deeply emotional and spiritual too. It meant a lot to connect with someone who honors that so naturally.
Why Chiropractic Care and Doula Support Work So Well Together
As we talked, it became clear how beautifully her approach to chiropractic care and doula support can complement one another. Chiropractic care supports the body which in turn helps it function, move, and adapt the way it was designed to. Doula support focuses on emotional care, education, advocacy, and steady presence, while also offering physical comfort measures and helping families connect with trusted resources and referrals along the way. When these two forms of care come together, families are often better supported as a whole. Bodies feel more balanced, parents feel more confident, and the birth and postpartum experience can feel calmer and more connected.
This kind of collaborative, whole-family approach is something I deeply value at Kingdom Beginnings.
Why do these connections matter?
At Kingdom Beginnings, we believe families do best when they’re surrounded by a strong, supportive community. That means building relationships with providers who value integrity, compassion, and whole-family wellness to help our clients find their village through these sacred seasons. Doula support offers steady presence, education, advocacy, physical comfort, and connection to trusted resources, while care such as chiropractic supports the body as it adapts and heals. Together, these forms of support can help families feel more grounded and confident through this season.
Meeting Dr. Payton was a reminder of how important these connections are and how powerful it is when providers come together with a shared mission to serve families well.
Grateful for Aligned Care
I feel so blessed for the time I was able to spend with Dr. Payton and for the life changing work she’s doing in our community. It’s a gift to know there are providers who not only care deeply about what they do, but who genuinely love the families they serve.
If you’re a growing family looking for care that honors your body, your baby, and your journey, I know you’ll feel supported at Transform Chiropractic Wellness Center.
If you’re looking to build your support system for pregnancy, birth, or postpartum, I always encourage families to look for care that supports the whole picture, body, mind, and heart.
